During the six weeks, I learned a lot about myself. I learned discipline and what it truly takes to develop a new skill. Not every day was easy, and there were times when pushing myself felt uncomfortable. Doing something on my own was scary at first, but in the long run, it became incredibly rewarding. This experience also made me realize that some people in the gym do this for a career, not just for fitness. Seeing their work ethic and dedication every day motivated me to work harder and take my training more seriously. It showed me the level of commitment required to improve and inspired me to hold myself to a higher standard. What I enjoyed most was meeting new people and having something to look forward to on long days. It gave me a sense of purpose and routine throughout the week.
