Welcome to my third post !! This week has been busy, but we still went to the gym to achieve our goals!!! This week, we did a lot of skipping and basic pad work. Honestly, this week wasn't terrible, and I've been pretty consistent with going. I will say my body felt a lot better this time around.
This week, I learned how quickly the body adapts to a schedule, even to workouts. Like I said before, this week went a whole lot better. Some of the troubles I had this week were that I had a little cold, but it still didn't keep me from going. I would also say the snowstorms we have been having here have been crazy. I honestly can't wait for the snow to go away. I think for the next genius hour I would like to start matching my eating with my excercise an see how much that helps. Do you guys think eating better will help me ?. From here, we continue our journey.
